ShabzAnam's Kizwa (Shabz Anamz Kizwa for Readymade Womens Clothing W.L.L., CR 252393, Doha, Qatar) respects your privacy. This page explains what we keep about you when you shop with us, and why.
What we keep
- Your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address, entered at the till when you buy.
- What you bought, what you paid and any returns — the invoice itself.
Why we keep it
- To send you your invoice or return receipt on WhatsApp and/or by email.
- To handle returns and exchanges, and to keep the accounts the law requires.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising. We only message you about your own purchases, unless you ask us to keep in touch.
Photos
If you use our in-store Fitting Mirror, the photo taken of you is used only to make the try-on picture there and then. It is never stored.
Who handles it for us
Our records are stored securely with Cloudflare, with a backup copy in our own Google Drive. Invoices are delivered through WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider (Resend). They process your details only to deliver our messages.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it or stop messaging you. Write to [email protected] or WhatsApp 3032 5522. Invoice records themselves are kept for as long as Qatar's record-keeping rules require.
